We currently operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, so that we may provide you with the safest and most relaxing experience possible. Tipping: 15%-25% tipping should be based upon the original service price. Tipping is usually 50% of a service provider's pay. Keep this in mind when visiting your local service providers.

Late Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is 5 minutes late for any 30 minute appointment and 15 minutes late for any hour or greater appointment time. 

Right to Refuse Service: If you exhibit any unsavory behavior or are found to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or likeness we reserve the right to refuse service.

GROUPON: If you have already purchased a groupon and you no show or give less than 24 hour notice for cancellation your entire amount of your groupon will be redeemed. Your service provider is already working on a cut rate fee, let's be respectful of others' time if you no show the service provider does not get paid. ONE groupon per service is permitted per person if you attempt to use a second groupon you will be denied but will be able to pay groupon price in house. (this is a groupon error, they will give a refund.)

At Celeste Spa and waxing studio, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products to our valued clients. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our return, exchange, and refund policies below.

• All services rendered at Celeste Spa and waxing studio are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• We may offer a complimentary touch-up or an alternative solution at the management’s discretion. Unsatisfactory, You are required to provide photos within 24 hours of complaint failure to do so will void any and all complaints.

• Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If a product is found to be defective, we will offer an exchange for the same item within 14 days.

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of %25 of the service cost..
• No-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service.
• If you NO SHOW or NO CALL you may be asked to prepay before your next appointment can be booked. You are a NO SHOW if you arrive 5 minutes late for a 30 min appt. and 15 minutes for hour appointments
• Appointments with a $200 or more value require a card on file failure to provide a valid card will result in appointment cancellation.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards expire after [1 year unless otherwise specified at time of service].
